More Details About the Project

The Overview indiegogo-logo-300x253

This project has been weighing heavy on my mind for the past year and a half, and I wished I would’ve gotten up the nerve to do this sooner so, the willing Participant (transformed into a Black Man) could attend a Donald Trump rally right before election day.

Racism is systematic, and prejudice is a bunch of individuals hell-bent on maintaining the system, and I personally would like to see these individuals in shoes that I know “mentally” they cannot fill.

The Projectcopy-of-instagram-2

If I had to sum it up in one sentence, Black Privilege Reality TV is geared towards the type of people who believe, Black People not complying with COPS causes their own demise.

That single statement alone explains the mindset of the individual who says it aloud.

What I want to do is take a White Male and have an experienced makeup artist transform him completely into a Black Man.  He then will have opportunities to do the things he take for granted (privileged) as a Black Man.  Mainly hidden cameras will be used.

I think this would make a terrific reality show, and it’s my attempt to battle or at least highlight racism especially to the ones who are in faux denial.

My idea participants are as follows: College & High School Kids• Young Adults • Law Enforcement Officers • Judges • Politicians • Creators of racists online games • Women (who share the views), just to name a few.

I know a lot are saying, “you work with police, you should be more supportive”.  Although, I admire good Cops, at the end of the day, I’m Black First, and if you still don’t get it, then you need to sign up as a Participant.

Feel what Black Men (and Black Women) feel daily, and it doesn’t matter if you don’t experience a day of racism.  When you see yourself for the first time as a Black Man, every bit of injustice that you deny exists against the Black Man will instantly slap-you-in-your-face.

This is important to me because our Black Youth need to know what it feels like to be KIDS, without carrying the burden of their parent’s stress and worries when it comes to survival when they’re at an age where they should feel safe… just like your child.

  • FYI the top flyer is Instagram compatible, and feel free to save and share them both.

I want y’all to meet, Mac “Stop Sign” Telle

Mr. Telle decided to dress in Black Face several days ago, and parade around (comfortably) mocking and telling Black People, racism is all in your head because he hadn’t experienced it.  He has since taken the video down before I had the chance to download it, but as you can see, I was able to screenshot it.  When Mr. Telle is not painting his face with BLACK shoe polish, he’s also a known professional arm wrestler, and a comedian to the idiots.  He has a Youtube channel as well.

Meet, Tristan Rettke

Mr. Rettke decided to dress up like a Farmer wearing a Gorilla mask carrying a pound of banana’s at a Black Live Matters rally, trying to provoke other ETSU students.  Although, racism is a sickness, this individual may be certified, so not sure if he’d be a good candidate.

However, I want one of these individuals to start it off, but if not I will find someone locally, film locally, hire the crew locally, but may have to fly in a professional Makeup Artists who’s capable of race transformation.

Perks –  Keeping it Simple

The image will be similar to this; however, this individual looks to be in blackface, but you get the idea. The image obtained from the novel, “Black Like Me”, which is also in film format as well.
